  So much negligence and unprofessional conduct. Avoid possible very serious issues with this place. I now have another Dr and I just found out that information Dr Sotomayor gave me about my health was false. The new Dr told me everything was fine when she looked at the same information. I have many other issues with them I can't go into this right now until all these serious issues get taken care of. Please don't look for a new Dr here. You don't want to put your health at risk. If you're a patient there find a new Dr ASAP. You might have to anyway with all this negligence that keeps happening. Issabella who I believe runs the billing dept and possibility other aspects of management is so rude, interrupts when you try to explain what's going on, and seems to talk down to you. Listening could of solved some issues. Now I don't know if they're playing games with me or they're that clueless. Anyway read all the other reviews and you'll pretty much hear alot of the same.

  Worst doctor and clinic ever, you never get called back so why have a doctor since going there it's been the er lately i got 1 call from them .it's not the office fault it's just her as a doctor that doesn't listen and sends patients to wrong specialist but don't ever go and complain you be writen down and dismissed the ppl are rude nastiest place to take your child or yourself i wonder why they still open oh maybe because she gives prescriptions like Halloween candy and the clinic full of addicts.

  The staff never answers the phone or returns voicemails left. So when you are trying to get seen you will never get a hold of them. When you give up calling after the hundredth time they will schedule you an appointment two months away and send you out the door after you drove all the way there and called 100 times. They also over book their day. The waiting area is often jammed packed and often your "appointment" is delayed for over an hour. I can go on and on but if you need a good PCP and a team who values their work and puts patients first, look elsewhere.
