- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The poor experience with the receptionists is why I dislike this place. I called a month in advance to reschedule my appointment, when I got there they said I was a no show 3 days prior. I wrote down my new appointment on several calendars so I know for a fact I called and rescheduled my appointment so i'm assuming the receptionist never entered the new appointment. The fact that they couldn't get me in due to their mistake was unbelievable. I would of had to wait 2 months for another appointment. The receptionist did not do anything to help she just told me when the next time I could get in to see a doctor. I have since switched my gynecologist, and have been trying to get a hold of the office for a record release form so they can release my records and no one ever seems to answer the phones.
