- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪So very disappointed with the communication provided to family members during this process. We have struggled for years trying to get help for my mother in law and due to laws we faced many barriers. We though when we finally got her into the hospital and she was transferred to Haven we would see a light at the end of the tunnel. Unfortunately, most of the people we dealt with lacked people skills and trying to get information from them was extremely difficult. This was a very uncomfortable situation for my husband who is an only child and the staff at Haven did not make it any easier.March 09, 2017by Bernadette Schussler
